Agenda Kenya Series is produced by Paul Ekuruh. Many young trainees from MEDEVA's past training programmes work on the show as cameramen, sound technicians, boom swingers and producers. Agenda Kenya, whose main donors have included Open Society Initiative of East Africa (OSIEA), the Ford Foundation, GTZ, Transparency International and The Danish Embassy is in its fourth series which runs until July 2009. The show has also had two sets of Special Editions: four episodes that preceded Kenya's historic Referendum on a proposed new constitution in 2005; and another four episodes that discussed two major reports (Waki and Kriegler Reports) which looked into Kenya’s 2007/2008 post election violence that claimed the lives of over 1,000 Kenyans and displaced over 350,000 people.

Agenda Kenya is a forty-five minute talk show broadcast ‘as-live’ on TV and Radio each week from Nairobi. A panel of five personalities (politicians, journalists and opinion leaders) fields questions on a wide range of issues from an audience of a hundred people. Jason Nyantino, the show's anchor, directs the debate and the panel does not know in advance what questions will be asked.

Usually four to five subjects are covered in each show with the debate becoming extremely lively. A wide range of topical issues of national interest are discussed openly and freely by representatives of all sections of society.  Agenda Kenya is a forum that promotes freedom of speech, transparency and accountability; a forum where, at last, people from all over Kenya can really get their voices heard.
